The COR 15.1 A, also known as the memorandum of incorporation (MOI) confirms the total amount of shares the company is authorized to issue to the future shareholders of the company. You will receive this document after you registered your company.
If a company is registered with 1000 shares, you can issue only 100 shares to the company’s shareholders and split it 50/50 for example, and save the remaining 900 shares for future shareholders, or you may issue all 1000 shares to the shareholders. You usually have to submit this document if you want to apply for tenders or compliance registrations.
