SARS uses a special secure PDF file (PDFXFA) which you can only open in specific programs (Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader).

If you are having trouble viewing the document you can follow these steps:

1. Download the SARS PDF to your device.
2. Go to the PDFXFA website.
2. Tap the box where it says "choose files".
4. Select the SARS PDF file from your device.
5. Tap the button that says "Convert to normal PDF".
6. Tap the button that says "Download".

The new SARS PDF file will now be a standard PDF and viewable in any program.
