It's required by law that all company directors have an up to date profile and their identities have been verified.

After your application has been submitted and payment is complete, all directors will be required to verify their identities online.

All you will need is your ID/passport document.

The first thing you will need to do is accept the Govchain terms and conditions. This allows us to sign and submit a company registration on your behalf.

Click "Accept and Continue" to move onto the next step.

You will then be required to upload a proof of identity.

First, choose the type of ID document you would like to use:

You can then use the button to upload a clear picture of your ID document.

*When uploading an ID card you will need to upload both the front and the back sides.

Next, you'll need to upload a clear selfie with you holding the same ID document you previously uploaded.

Once the items are successfully upload, click "Save and Continue"

Lastly, you will be required to complete your personal profile by adding the following details:

Once done, click "Save and Continue" to submit your verification.

Your verification will then be checked by a Govchain team member and if there are any issues, you will be notified via email.

This process normally takes less then 24 hours.
